At Kanso Tea, we strive for the highest quality in every harvest, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on unopened tea products and accessories within 30 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened packages to ensure the safety and integrity of our inventory.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your tea pouches are unopened with the original heat seal intact, or that your teaware is in its original, unused packaging.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include a note with your RA number, then ship the package to our distribution center using a tracked mailing service.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
